Could someone give me an explanation of to why when you insert a picture in DOORS they don't export out to RTF? The object comes out blank. But if you copy and paste a picture from MS Word, etc. into DOORS the picture exports out in the RTF format. The picture quality of Inserting a Picture is so much greater than copying and pasting from MS Word.

Re: Why don't pictures export to RTF DOORS does not handle PNG formats very well. When you copy paste a picture from Word you are creating an OLE Object that is associated to MS Word. What you can try is associating your PNG files with MS Paint by executing as Admin on your machine: assoc .png=Paint.Picture Then you can insert the PNG by using Insert / Object / From File ...
